Originally an elementary school until the 1930's when children left at the age of fourteen. Since then Thundridge JMI has been a Primary School, offering education to boys and girls up to the age of eleven.

We are a small friendly village school in a lovely location surrounded by farmland. We have been praised for our caring ethos and high quality relationships within the school. The head teacher, staff, governors and parents all work together in building up the school as a centre of educational excellence.
